Presidential Decree 184/1996 on Animal Health, governing trade and imports of animals, semen, ova and embryos not subject to animal health conditions in the special arrangements referred to in Section I of Annex C to PD 420/1993 (A Ί 79), in compliance with Council Directive 92/65/EEC and implementing Commission Decision 95/176/EEC.

Abstract
This Presidential Decree sets out the animal health conditions governing the trade and imports of animals, semen, ova and embryos which are not subject, as regards animal health conditions, to the specific arrangements referred to in Article 84 of the Annex to Presidential Decree No. 420/1993 (179), in compliance with Council Directive 92/65 / EEC (OJ L. 268/54 of 14.9.92) and implementation of Commission Decision 95/176/EC. This Decree establishes that trade in the above mentioned animal products shall be authorized only if it complies with the health conditions, and in particular the safeguard measures provided for in the veterinary legislation.
