Abstract
Aim of this Decree is the amendment, in compliance with Council Directive 98/55/EC, of Presidential Order No. 346/94 “on reports of vessels bound for or leaving national ports and carrying dangerous or polluting goods. Article 2 of P.D. No. 346/94 is amended regarding the definition of radioactive materials and the IMO code for the safe carriage of radioactive materials (“INF Code”). Also, Annexes I and II to article 11 of the same Presidential Order are replaced by the annexes attached to the present Decree. Annex I refers to the information to be stated regarding vessels carrying dangerous or polluting goods while Annex I refers to the check list to be compiled by vessels.
