Abstract
This Decree comes for with the aim to give effect to a number of EU Directives to include certain active substances to Annex I of Directive 98/8/EC, which has been incorporated into the Greek legislative framework with Presidential Decree No. 205/2001. More specifically the Commission Directives concerned are the following: 2010/50/EU, 2010/51/EU, 2010/71/EU, 2010/72/EU and 2010/74/EU. Annex I (article 30) to Presidential Decree No. 205/2001 concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market is replaced by the text set out in the Article 2 to the present Decree.
