Abstract
This Presidential Decree, in accordance with the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, declares an Exclusive Economic Zone in the maritime area of the Ionian Sea, the Ionian Islands and up to Cape Tainaro in the Peloponnese, and establishes the connecting points. The declaration does not include the territorial sea zone of the Greece, and specifies the sovereign rights and jurisdiction of the Greece, exercised in accordance with the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
