Presidential Decree No. 36 regarding municipal or communal land property for sale or lease, to agricultural co-operatives.

This Decree prescribes the procedures required for selling or leasing municipal or communal land property, to agricultural cooperatives: either lease or sale of land property to agricultural cooperatives is allowed directly from the competent authorities (Municipalities), without any auction procedures; these land properties shall be used by the cooperatives exclusively for the purposes for which they have been leased. In different case, municipalities are authorized to proceed to the annulment of the contracts; prices of the land properties are fixed by the appropriate Committee, as established by Act No. 1065/80, art. 178, para. 6, as amended by Act No. 1416/84, art. 26.
