Abstract
This Decree comes for with the aim to give effect to a number of EU Directives, more specifically, Commission Directives 2008/15/ΕC, 2007/69/ ΕC, 2008/16/ ΕC, 2008/86/ ΕC, 2008/75/ ΕC, 2008/78/ ΕC, 2008/81/ ΕC, 2008/80/ ΕC, 2008/79/ ΕC, 2008/85/ ΕC, 2008/77/ ΕC and 2008/70/ ΕC. With article 1 of the present Decree, Annex I (article 30) to Presidential Decree No. 205/2001 concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market is replaced by the text set out in the Annex to this Decree. Also, with article 3, the substance carbon dioxide (CO2) is added to Annex IA.
