Abstract
As from the publication of the present Decree, the provisions of articles 4, 7, 10, 12 and 16 to Law No. 1564/1985 shall enter into force. Also, with the present Decree, articles 2, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12 and 14 of Law No. 825/1937 “on the organization of the production of improved seeds of small cereals, forage plants and legumes” are hereby repealed. Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 1348/1942 and article 11 of Law No. 4035/1960 are also abrogated.
