Presidential Decree No. 90/2010 amending Presidential Decree No. 205/2001 concerning the authorisation and the placing on the market for use of biocidal products, in compliance with a number of EU Directives.

Abstract
This Decree comes for with the aim to give effect to a number of EU Directives to include certain active substances to Annex I of Directive 98/8/EC, which has been incorporated into the Greek legislative framework with Presidential Decree No. 205/2001. With article 2 of this Decree, articles 12 and 16 of Presidential Decree No. 205/2001 are amended. Annex I (article 30) to Presidential Decree No. 205/2001 concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market is replaced by the text set out in the Article 3 to the present Decree.
