Abstract
This Act establishes the territorial sea and the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau. The extension of the territorial sea is established on the baselines fixed by the Convention between France and Portugal of 1886. It specifies geographical coordinates of the aforementioned areas and prohibits foreign fishing activity within the EEZ.
