Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 11 articles, regulates economic activities to be performed in industry, trade and tourism sector. It establishes the free access to any authorized economic activity. It also specifies special provisions to be applied for obtaining an authorization to perform any economic activities related to: human health, environmental preservation, human or goods safety, natural resources protection, etc.
