Decree No. 08/2025 approving the Statutes of Electricity and Water Company of Guinea-Bissau (EAGB, SA).

This Decree approves the Statutes of Electricity and Water Company of Guinea-Bissau (EAGB, SA). The Company's main object is to carry out, throughout the national territory, actions and operations relating directly or indirectly to the establishment and operation of public services for the production, transport, distribution, import and export of electricity in urban and rural areas, as well as the establishment and operation of public services for the collection, supply, conservation and distribution of water in urban areas. The Company may also carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, property or real estate operations related to the above objects and any other services related to its main object.
