Decree No. 1/2005 approving the Statute of the Biodiversity Project Management Unit of Coastal Zones of Guinea-Bissau (UGP).

This Decree approves the Statute of the Biodiversity Project Management Unit of Coastal Zones of Guinea-Bissau (UGP). This Statute, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Unit, entitled to ensure political guidance of the PMU; to facilitate the implementation process and ensure the engagement of competent authorities, to inform the Council of Ministers; and to approve the Annual Activity Plan, Budget, reports and exercise accounts.
