Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 3 articles, authorizes the General Direction of Forestry and Hunting to give a concession contract to SOCOTRAM for forestry exploitation and management, according to articles 38 and 39 of Forestry Law, approved by Decree-Law No. 4-A/91.
