Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation for Urban Planning of Bissau (PGUB). The Regulation, consisting of 9 Titles and 1 Annex, divided in 56 articles, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the entire territory of the town of Bissau. It also establishes general norms of urban management and specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority. Geographical coordinates of territorial planning units (UNOR) are listed in the Annex.
