Decree No. 2/2005 creating the Statute of the Biodiversity National Institution for Protected Areas (IBAP).

This Decree approves the Statute of the Biodiversity National Institution for Protected Areas (IBAP). The Statute, consisting of 7 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned administration, entitled to propose, coordinate and implement policies and activities related to biodiversity and protected areas within the National territory, including continental and marine water courses.
