Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 9 articles, establishes insurance obligation for any vessels (including fishing vessels) performing trading activity within the waters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Guiné-Bissau. It specifies that any importation of goods for direct or indirect commercial or industrial purposes must be covered by a National insurance, issued by an insurance company, authorized to perform in Guiné-Bissau.
