The Legal Regime for the use of genetically modified organisms

This Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, approves the Legal Regime of the use of biotechnology Modern and Circumstances, Manipulation, Trading to the issuance of genetically modified organisms
This law regulates the use of biotechnology modern, circulation, marketing, release into the environment and use of organisms genetically modified organisms. As absolute criteria the regulation of Biosafety, that is, the protection of human health. Animal and the environment in the science at the service of man and humanity.
The Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Scientific research and experimentation (Chap. II); Marketing of organisms Genetically modified organisms and their produits (Chap. III); Release of Organisms Genetically Modified (Chap. IV); Monitoring and Supervision (Chap. V); Penal Responsability (Chap. VI); Final provisions (Chap. VII).
