Abstract
This Order creates the Environmental Impact Assessment Institution (CAIA). This institution aims at supporting enterprises and institutions in the process of environmental impact assessment, guaranteeing the monitoring on the measures taken to minimize those impacts and giving advice on research and investigations related to this sector.
