Abstract
This Resolution approves the United Nations Convention against Corruption, adopted in New York (USA), on October 31, 2003, which aims to promote and strengthen measures to prevent and combat corruption more effectively and efficiently, to promote, facilitate and support international cooperation and technical assistance in preventing and fighting corruption, including asset recovery, and promoting integrity, accountability and the proper management of public affairs and assets.
