Abstract
The Regulations provide for the granting of exploration permissions on State lands (regs. 3 to 20). Such permission shall not confer any title or interest in soil or any minerals or other substances. A holder of a permission shall at the expiration of the permission report on his/her findings under regulation 20 and may apply for a lease under regulation 21. Areas subject to lease shall be surveyed at the cost of the applicant (reg. 23). (31 regulations completed by 4 Schedules)
