Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the authority of Minister responsible for Public Works; the design, construction, development and operation and maintenance of the Berbice River Bridge pursuant to a Concession Agreement; terms and conditions for Concession Agreement between the Government and the Concessionaire; and tolls for the use of the Bridge.
