CARICOM Enterprises Regime Act No. 8 of 1991 (Cap. 18:07).

This Act aims at achieving economic development of the Region in accordance with the Agreement for the establishment of a regime for CARICOM Enterprises. The Agreement implements the provisions of the Common Market Annex of the Treaty Establishing the Caribbean Community, and is annexed to this Act in the Schedule. The Caribbean Development Bank and the Caribbean Food Corporation and other similar bodies that hold equity share capital in a company shall be deemed to be National Investors as well as nationals of the Member State.
