Crops and Livestock Registration Act (Cap. 68:04).

This Act provides for the supply of periodic returns on cultivated lands, crops and livestock by owners to the Chief Agricultural Officer. The five sections of the Act are entitled as follows: Short title (sect. 1); Interpretation (sect. 2); Annual returns of cultivated land, crops and livestock (sect. 3); Chief Agricultural Officers' power of entry (sect. 4); Penalties (sect. 5).
