Abstract
Specified structures carrying lights or other marks in the Demarara river shall be vested in the State. Together with the navigation markers the right to occupy land around them and rights of way shall be vested in the State. Navigation markers shall be maintained and protected in accordance with provisions of the present Act. Damaging of markers is declared to be an offence. The Minister may, by Regulation, vary the list of markers to which this Act applies.
