Abstract
The Drainage and Irrigation Board established by the Drainage and Irrigation Act, is hereby dissolved. Functions of the Board shall be carried out after the appointed day by each Regional Democratic Council within its area of authority. The Act also provides for transfer of assets and liabilities from the Board to the Democratic Regional Councils.
