Abstract
This Act declares the lands described in the First Schedule to be Drainage and Irrigation Areas of the Guyana Sugar Corporation. However, lands on which works are constructed together with those works shall be vested, subject to provisions of section 6, in the Drainage and Irrigation Board. Other provisions concern financial arrangements.
