Environmental Guidelines. Removal, Treatment and Disposal of Oily Sludge.

The overall purpose of these Guidelines is to protect human health and the environment, with a special emphasis on the conservation soil and ground water against the contamination. To this end, these Guidelines lay down general information on various removal and treatment methods and environmentally sound disposal of oily sludge. Moreover, these Guidelines shall apply to persons who operate a business or facility that generates oily sludge.
