Abstract
This Act provides for equal rights for women and men and the same legal status in all spheres of political, economic and social life. Moreover, this Act prohibits all forms of discrimination against women and men on the basis of their sex or marital status and in respect of any employment; and penalty for any person who contravenes the provisions of this Act.
