Abstract
This Act lays down provisions for the establishment, composition, procedures and decisions of the Ethnic Relations Commission Tribunal. Only the members of the Ethnic Relations Commission or the Human Rights Commission shall be appointed to be a member of the Ethnic Relations Commission Tribunal.
