Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the import and export duties to be paid in specified currency in certain circumstances, legalization of shipping documents, application procedures for an import license, powers of customs officers, and penalties. The Schedule of this Act sets out that the export duty for shrimp shall be paid in specified currency.
