Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the establishment, powers and duties of the Fire Advisory Boards; entry to and inspection of premises by the Chief Fire Officer; obligation of the owner or occupier of any premise to take precautionary measures against the outbreak or spread of fire; and offences and penalties.
