Abstract
These Regulations make provision for the registration of fishing boats, erection of fish pens, export, sale of fish, landing of fish, fees and charges. They are completed by three Schedules: containing forms (1); listing fish exempted from distribution through the Fish Marketing Centre (2); prescribing licence fees and charges. (17 regulations)
