Abstract
These Regulations make further provision for timber sales agreements granting exclusive rights for cutting and taking or obtaining forest produce over any area of state forest. The Agreement shall be in the Form set out in the Second Schedule 'A' (reg. 2). The Agreement may provide for the payment of royalties (reg. 2(4)). (2 regulations, one Schedule)
