Guyana Cooperative Agriculture and Industrial Development Bank (Dissolution and Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1995 (No. 2 of 1995).

The Bank, called Gaibank , shall be dissolved with effect form 31 May 1995. Subject to provisions of clause 4, property vested in Gaibank shall be transferred to and vested in the Guyana National Cooperative Bank, established under the Cooperative Financial Institutions Act (Cap. 75:01). The Guyana National Cooperative Bank (Reconstitution) Order, 1977, is amended by inserting after clause 4, paragraph b, provisions relating to functions of the Bank. (8 clauses and 2 Schedules)
