Abstract
This Act enmpowers the Minister to make Regulations for the purpose of regulating the importation of bees and bee-keepers’ stock as defined in section 2. Any person who contravenes Regulations shall commit an offence. Illegally imported bee keepers’ stock may be seized and destroyed by authorized officers who shall notify the Chief Agricultural Officer. (5 sections)
