Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the licensing for importing certain articles for the promotion of industry, application procedures for a license, period of exemption from customs duties and taxes, restrictions of disposal of articles, and revocation of license. The Schedule annexed to this Act lists the articles exempted from duty for promotion of industry, such as launches, tugs, barges, and pontoons.
