Abstract
These Regulations lay down principles and procedures for marking and fencing the boundaries between contiguous lots or portions of divided lots owned by separate persons, including provisions on construction of drains along a boundary line common to two adjoining lots, fencing front and back portion, notifying the Council for approval, and penalties in case acting contrary to the provisions of these by-laws.
