Abstract
This Act prescribes that no person shall extract minerals or market minerals except as in accordance with the law relating thereto and Regulations made under the present Act. The Minister may make regulations for the orderly extraction, production and marketing of minerals. Specific legislation powers of the Minister are set out in section 4. Section 4 provides also for control.
