Abstract
The 215 regulations are divided into 23 Parts: Preliminary; Issue of licenses and locating of claims (I); Marking of boundaries, issue of claims licenses, etc. (ii), reward claims (III); right of challenge (IV); Exclusive permissions to explore (V); Concessions (other than a permission or an exclusive right to explore under Part V of these Regulations) and leases (VI); Purchase and transfer of concessions, leases and licenses (VII); Water rights (VIII); Occupation of land for residence, mill, etc. (IX); Surveys (X), determination of disputes (XI); Sanitary regulations (XII); Regulation of mines (XIII); use of poisonous substances on mines (XIV); Royalty payable on gold, silver and precious stones (XV); Lessees and tributors (XVI); Employment of persons in mining districts (XVII); Keeping of record on gold, valuable minerals and precious stones (XIX); Sale and purchase of gold, valuable minerals and precious stones (XX); The Amerindians (XXII); Miscellaneous (XXIII).
