Abstract
The National Parks Commission is established as a body corporate under section 3. The Minister may give directions to the Commission in accordance with section 4. The Commission shall maintain and regulate use of designated parks in the sense of section 2, make recommendations to the National Trust, advise the Minister and carry out other functions listed in section 5. Powers of the Commission in respect of designated parks are set out in section 10. The Commission may make By-laws under section 13. (15 sections)
