Offensive Trade Regulations.

These Regulations lay down terms and conditions to establish offensive trade; for application to Town Clerk; minimum requirements for the applicant, including submitting plan of the premises for drainage and water supply to the premises, and adopting measures to prevent nuisance arising from vapors, fluids discharged into sewers, and the disposal of solid refuse; obligations of registered owner of every offensive trade; and offences and penalties.
