Abstract
Regulation making powers of the Minister are set out in section 4. Sections 3 to 6 concern the granting of rights to search and extract petroleum. The Minister may appoint Commissioners who shall decide on ancillary rights under this Act (sect. 8). Section 8 concerns application for rights.
