Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the establishment, functions and powers of the Pharmacy Council, registration of pharmacists and practicing pharmacists, inspection of pharmacists and practicing pharmacists, and offences and penalties. The Council shall develop standards for the practice of pharmacy, including provision of drugs and information related to the use of pharmaceuticals, in response to prescriptions given by a duly registered veterinarian.
