Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment under section 131 of the Protected Areas Act concern the Board of Trustees established under Part VIII of the Act. The Board shall have the power to appoint additional members on the Board. Such appointments shall be relevant for the achievement of the purposes of the Trust Fund.
