Public Gardens and Agricultural Shows Act (Cap. 68:05).

This Act grants powers to the Minister to make Regulations: (a) with respect to Government botanical gardens or grounds and Government agricultural stations and farms; (i) for the control and management; (ii) relating to the employment and discipline of persons employed thereon; (iii) relating to the conduct and discipline of visitors and persons resorting thereto; (b) with respect to the holding of agricultural shows; (c) generally, for the purposes of this Act.
