Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the offences against the person, property rights, public order, religion, morality and public convenience and punishments. It also sets out minor and miscellaneous offences. The offences against the rights of property include, but not limited to: malicious injury to vegetables, fruit trees and animals, and praedial larceny.
