Terms of Reference for continuing to Develop Capacities for a National Forest Monitoring and Measurement, Reporting and Verification System to Support REDD+ Participation of Guyana.

Roadmap Phase 1 laid down strategies to establish a comprehensive national system for monitoring, reporting and verifying forest carbon emissions resulting from deforestation and forest degradation in the country. In the Roadmap Phase 2, the overall objective is to consolidate and expand capacities for national REDD+ monitoring as well as monitoring, reporting and verifying forest carbon emissions, in order to meet international reporting requirements from the UNFCCC and developing forest monitoring as a tool for REDD+ implementation.
