Abstract
This Act lays down provisions on the appointment and general functions of the Competent Authority; control of imports, exports and prices; forfeiture of prohibited goods; export and import licenses; and offences and penalties. The importation of certain goods from any country shall be prohibited in accordance with the provision of the Customs Law regarding prohibited imports, including food unfit for human consumption and diseased animals.
