Water and Sewerage (Vesting of Assets, Liabilities, etc.) Order 2002.

This Order lays down rules for the transfer to Guyana Water Inc., establihshed by the Water and Sewerage Act of property and other assets, liabilities and employees of the Commissioners and the Authority; rights and obligations of the Commissioners and the Authority under agreements; leases and other contracts; and licenses and permits.
