Decision adopting the amendments to the Programme for the allocation of state aid to the maritime sector, transport, transport infrastructure and related activities in the current pandemic of COVID-19.

This Decision amends certain contents of the Programme for the allocation of state aid to the maritime sector, transport, transport infrastructure and related activities in the current pandemic of COVID-19 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 77/2020 and already amended in the Gazette 116/2020). Changes are made in point II paragraph 1 where after the words: "Second amendment to the temporary framework for state aid measures to support the economy in the current COVID pandemic 19", it is added: "and Commission communications - Third amendment to the temporary framework for state aid measures to support the economy in the current COVID pandemic" Pandemic of COVID 19 (OJ C 218, 2. 7. 2020, p. 3) and Commission Communication - Fourth Amendment to the Temporary Framework for State Aid Measures to Support the Economy in the Current COVID Pandemic 19 and Amendment to the Annex to the Commission Communication Member States on the application of Articles 107 and 108; paragraph 11 is amended to read as follows: "The total amount of the budget planned on the basis of the Programme is HRK 1,000,000,000.00."; in point III. paragraph 1 after the words: "49.31 Urban and suburban passenger land transport" the words: "49.32 Taxi service" are added, the words: "49.39 Other land transport (excluding taxi service)" are replaced by the words: "49.39 Other land transport", and after the words: "52.2 Service activities in transport" the words: "77.11. Renting and leasing of motor vehicles”; in point VI. paragraph 1 words: “31. December 2020 "shall be replaced by the words:" 30. June 2021”; al; also several allocated amounts are amended, among other official deadlines that are here extended.
